Rooftop and Solar Carport Installation in Englewood
Vanguard Solar Services completed a 498.9 kW commercial solar installation at 169 Inverness in Englewood, Colorado, combining rooftop solar with a large solar carport system. The project includes 1,224 total solar panels, with 1,018 panels installed on the carport structures and 206 panels installed on the building rooftop.
The project required careful site planning and coordination due to extensive trenching through the parking lot and specific requirements from the local authority having jurisdiction. Vanguard Solar Services used a crane and trencher to support installation and electrical infrastructure work while managing the complexities of a large commercial property. The completed system is expected to produce approximately 710,528 kWh of energy annually.
